How Does Sex Coaching Work?
Sex coaching is just like any other type of online coaching for emotional wellness. During our sessions, we'll talk about your goals for intimacy, physical and emotional connection, and challenges you are facing. At no point will you have to display any kind of physical touch on camera or get naked (although it might be part of your homework outside of our sessions)! That is between you and your partner to explore between sessions and beyond.

Clinical Sex Coaching
Empowered Intimacy & Authentic Connection: Sexuality is a vital part of who you are — but it’s often surrounded by shame, silence, or confusion. I offer affirming, nonjudgmental clinical sex coaching to help individuals and couples explore desire, overcome challenges, and heal their relationship with pleasure and intimacy. Grounded in conscious awareness and guided by consent, curiosity, and compassion, my approach blends somatic awareness, sex education, and trauma-informed care to support your sexual expression.
Rates
• Individual: $185 for 50-55 minutes and $255 for 90 minutes
• Couples: $222 for 50-55 minutes and $311 for 90 minutes
