About Bloom Into Mindfulness

Do you need someone to listen to you? Do you feel that your mind is overpowering you and preventing you from becoming who you really want to be? Do you feel like you’ve lost the ability to control your feelings or effectively care for yourself? Are you worried that asking for help means you’ve lost control?

Slide
Therapy gives you agency and empowers you to be in control.

Our minds can be a powerful tool that can lead us to gain mindfulness, self-awareness, inner peace, love, and compassion for all things.

Holistic Healing Philosophy: Healing is not just about symptom relief — it’s about reconnecting to your wholeness. In our practice, we honor the body, mind, and spirit as interconnected. Whether you're working through trauma, seeking deeper self-awareness, or exploring your spiritual path, our space is one of gentle presence, compassion, and empowerment. Healing isn’t about fixing you — it’s about freeing you.

We offer compassionate, inclusive, and empathetic counseling for individuals ages 16 and up, groups, couples, and families. We are an LGBTQ+ and culturally competent remote therapy in California.

The Inspiration for Our Logo

The lotus flower is the perfect representation of the ability to triumph over obstacles. Its roots are based in the deepest and thickest mud, and every night submerges into the murky water. The next morning, the lotus flower reblooms without dirt or residue on its petals. We too can heal, survive, and bloom out of the dark and into love, light, and beauty.

About Jacqueline Jackson, MFT

I have a soulful, healing-centered approach. There is a place within you that has never been broken. My work is about helping you return to that place — to the inner knowing, the deep breath, the embodied presence that waits patiently beneath the noise, the wounds, the forgetting. My style is warm, present, and no-nonsense. I work with folks who are ready to get curious about their patterns, reconnect with their bodies, and maybe even learn to like themselves a little more along the way.

I am a trauma therapist and sacred space-holder, walking alongside those who are ready to heal not just their symptoms, but their relationship with themselves. I’m an EMDR practitioner and clinical sexologist who blends science, somatics, and spirituality (and sometimes a little swearing) to help people heal in a real, embodied, and grounded way. I draw from modalities like EMDR, somatic therapy, and mindfulness self-compassion — with influences from Zen Buddhism, earth-based spirituality, and sacred sexuality.

Translation? We’ll talk about nervous system regulation, emotional healing, boundaries, maybe your sex life… and we’ll do it all in a way that feels safe, steady, and (occasionally) surprisingly light.

Jacqueline Jackson, LMFT - California therapist

About Christopher M. Jackson, MFT

I've been a therapist since 2009 and worked with men and women from all backgrounds and faiths, including the LGBT community. I'm Biracial, Christian, a Husband, a Healer, and a big believer in Zen Buddhism. I value love, acceptance, and forgiveness, believing they are essential foundations for healing—without them, self-imposed obstacles can hinder growth.

I focus on providing a holistic, embodied approach to therapy that connects the mind, emotions, and body. While therapy offers insight into thoughts, emotions, and necessary life changes, knowledge alone can leave us feeling stuck. If you are ready to work and make a solid commitment towards yourself and are in search of greater self-awareness and insight, I'm here for you.

My diverse personal/professional background has helped me serve those with trauma, grief/loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and relationships.
