Ready to Rekindle, Reconnect, and Rediscover Each Other?
Join us for a transformative retreat where science-based relationship tools meet sacred intimacy practices. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your foundation or reignite your spark, this experience is designed to bring you closer — body, heart, and soul.
This 3-day retreat is designed to nurture and reawaken the foundation of your relationship — friendship, connection, and mutual respect. The first part of the retreat includes 12 hours of psychoeducational material developed by the renowned psychologist, Dr. John and Dr. Julie Gottman.
Using the Gottman 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work as our framework, you'll engage in science-based practices to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional intimacy. This is not about fixing what's broken — it's about strengthening what’s already there, learning how to support each other through conflict, repair with grace and grow in appreciation and empathy. You'll leave with tools you can actually use — and a renewed sense of what makes your relationship uniquely yours.
This workshop will include proven tools to help couples:
🌳 Improve friendship, fondness, and admiration
🌳 Enhance romance and intimacy
🌳 Manage conflict constructively
🌳 Gain skills to address perpetual and solvable problems
🌳 Create shared meaning
🌳 Maintain gains throughout a lifetime

After strengthening the foundation of your relationship, we will shift into an immersive intro into sacred sexuality practices led by Cass Estes, Intimacy and Relationship Coach.

🪻 Slow down and feel more: Explore sensual touch and intentional massage to ignite connection and awaken the body.
🪻 Breathe into presence: Experience tantric breathwork and eye gazing as pathways to intimacy, trust, and energetic attunement.
🪻 Come home to your erotic truth: Drop into a guided meditation to connect with your authentic sexual self—beyond roles, expectations, or performance.
🪻 Activate your energy centers: Learn how to sense and amplify life force through chakra awareness and subtle energy play.
🪻 Turn on your senses: Play with sound, scent, taste, and touch in a series of practices that cultivate embodiment and connection.

Frequently Asked Questions
Seven Principles Couples Program format includes lectures and private couple exercises. Participants will not be sharing their personal problems in front of others.
This retreat incorporates effective, proven techniques based upon the New York Times best seller The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work by Dr. John Gottman, Ph.D.
The 7 Gottman Principles are straightforward in their approach, but deeply effective at making relationships work. For over 50 years psychologists Dr. John and Dr. Julie Schwartz Gottman scientifically analyzed the habits of married couples and developed a method of changing behaviors in order to foster healthy, long-lasting relationships. This method helps couples focus on each other and the small, day-to-day moments that make up the foundation of relationships.
